What to include in your message
- Platform: iPhone/iPad or Android (and OS version if you know it, e.g. iOS 18, Android 15).
- What happened: what you expected vs. what you saw (a short step-by-step helps).
- Purchases (if relevant): approximate date of purchase and the email used for the App Store or Google Play account (not your password).
- Sign-in (if relevant): whether you use email sign-in or another method, without sending passwords.
Purchases & subscriptions
Billing for subscriptions and in-app purchases is handled by Apple or Google depending on your device. You can view, change, or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. If a purchase does not show up in the app, use Restore purchases in the app (if available) and wait a short time for the store to sync.
If something still looks wrong after restoring, email us with the information above and we will look into it.
